Kelly is a Partner in our Manhattan office and is the firmwide Chair of the firm’s Construction Group. She is highly specialized in construction cases, having focused her 25 year career on NY Labor Law matters involving catastrophic injury claims for insured and private construction company clients. She advocates for clients in a variety of industries, including construction, general contracting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, masonry, concrete pumping, equipment leasing and site safety management. She has been recognized in the peer review publication Best Lawyers in America for her work in litigating construction cases. 

In addition to her active practice, Kelly is dedicated to staying current on the evolving construction laws. She is an Editor-in-Chief of both the 3rd and 4th Editions of the New York State Bar Association's seminal treatment "Construction Site Personal Injury Litigation". For nearly a decade, she has co-authored a bi-annual Review of all Labor Law decisions from the NY Appellate Departments and has presented a multitude of webinars on the notable updates.
