Dan has been in practice for over 30 years before administrative and state courts, primarily in criminal and insurance law. His practice is focused exclusively on Workers’ Compensation insurance defense in the last 25 years. Dan works with employers doing business in New York State, both large and small, municipalities, third-party administrators and insurance carriers in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation Law. He has a proven record of achieving prompt and fair resolutions for his clients, with integrity being the foundation of his work. Dan also specializes in the handling of complex claims and the settlement negotiation of high exposure cases.
Dan is an active participant in the insurance community and has been a regular presenter at various meetings of professional organizations, including the New York Self-Insurers Association annual conference. He is currently serving as a Board Member with the Syracuse Claims Association.
