Brandon Haas is a Partner specializing in workers’ compensation defense, representing employers and insurance carriers across Florida. He handles cases from inception through trial, providing strategic counsel to a wide range of industries, including construction, healthcare, and retail. Brandon is known for delivering cost-effective solutions and successfully navigating complex issues, including fraud, medical necessity disputes, and major contributing cause in contested claims.

Brandon earned his law degree from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2019, graduating 3rd in his class, where he also served as Executive Editor of the Nova Law Review for Volume 43. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida in 2016.
